Great experience. I chose them as I saw many good reviews online, my newborn was losing weight and we were extremely worried as new parents, but Dr. Banks and Chrissy (lactation consultant) established a plan and gave us all the tools to follow. Great bedside manners, they answered all our questions. Place is clean. Front desk always ready to help. Highly recommended.

Our family has been seeing Triangle Pediatrics for the past 2.5 years and have been so happy with our experience. We primarily see Ashley Yoakum, NP, who is fantastic. She takes her time and makes me feel like we’re her only patients for the day. She has great clinical knowledge that she blends with the practical experience of being a parent herself. We have also seen several other providers including Dr. Chao, Leigh, Kathryn, and Chris who are all very caring and knowledgeable. When we were facing a readmission for our infant to the NICU at a week old, Dr. Chao chased down a missing lab result and called us well after hours and coordinated with the hospital to ensure we got the care we needed. The front desk staff is always friendly and timely. The nursing staff works so well with our kids and makes them feel comfortable. We have needed medical care for our kids more than I would have wished, but every time I call for a fever or ear infection or stomach bug, the office is always quick to respond. We have never had an issue getting a same day appointment as long as I call in the morning. They are a busy practice, but it is obvious that they have worked to prioritize high quality patient care.

I hate writing negative reviews but I really felt like I needed to. I found Triangle Pediatrics while I was pregnant. I toured the facility and after I gave birth, I started bringing my son for visits. My son is now 6. In the beginning it was easy to schedule an appointment but things have progressively gotten worse. I have to answer a bunch of questions by the nurse and even then, I may not get an appointment. The final straw was yesterday when I received a bill in the mail. I brought my son in for a wellness check up in July. These are covered by the insurance. His weight was taken and my husband and I asked the doctor if his weight was too low. My son has also had food allergies since he was a year and a half. We discussed how he's handling the allergies. These 2 things caused the practice to submit for an office visit on top of the wellness visit. I asked the office manager why I can't ask questions during the wellness visit. He blamed the insurance and said that discussing weight and allergies are outside of the scope of a wellness check up. When I called my insurance company, they said that it's at the discretion of the provider what they choose to submit and not all providers operate this way. If you decide to schedule an appointment with a provider at this practice, be aware of how they bill.
